We are a professional services, training and consulting company that focuses on Planning, Scheduling and Project Controls.
Our Founders have a cumulative 50 years experience in industry, They have worked together on a vast number of projects and for dozens of companies in various capacities. Our company started in earnest in the beautiful landscape of Park City, Ut within the beautiful peaks of the rocky mountains. It only seemed fitting that we dub our company Summit Project Controls as a way to honor our roots.


A majority of our founders experience is in Construction, and Capitol Projects but has expanded to many different industries including tech and government and beyond.
Our passion is helping companies and projects plan for and execute with eyes wide open not just to manage risk but to make decisions based on a strategic plan of execution that will be a win win for the project and stakeholder.
